SUPPORT (code: HD)
of the 24-hours support team to handle problem reports from customers.
As first level technical support, candidates must have good communication
skills to handle high-pressure problem calls, a diploma degree holder,
preferably in the field of computer or engineering. Must be willing
to work in shifts.
SUPPORT ANALYSTS (code: TS)
technical post-sales support for assigned product lines. Handle problem
isolation, repair, complex hardware installations, and upgrades. Must
have a proven ability to develop, plan, and implement solutions for
customer satisfaction by coordinating with different departments.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential. Must be
willing to travel to customer locations at the moment notice. A bachelor
degree in Computer Science or Engineering is a must.
EXECUTIVES (code: AE)
for acquiring new accounts, prepare sales proposals and maintain regular
contact with customers. Candidates must have superior telephone and
writing skills, proven ability to close sales deals, time mgmt. and
org. skills, and knowledge of IT fields. Related sales experience
in financials, retail or manufacturing industries are preferred. Must
have own car and willing to travel.
EXECUTIVES (code: ME)
market share by developing new market, forming partnerships and alliances
with different industries. Evaluate competitions and competing technologies.
Coordinate marketing campaigns and represent company at industry trade
shows. Candidates must have marketing experience in property or IT
industries. Must have own car and willing to travel.

A minimum of two years experience in similar position in the IT industry.
Preferably less than 30 years old.
